If you file your tax return at the latest on 29 August 2025 and it gives rise to:
Multinationals and large-scale domestic groups: adaptation of the draft concerning the return as regards the domestic top-up tax system (Pillar 2)
Multinational enterprise groups (MNE groups) and large-scale eligible domestic groups will be required to file an annual return as regards the domestic top-up tax system for the first time in 2025.
