Jewellery manufacturers, assay masters and buyers of precious metal must register electronically through MyMinfin.

What are the specific actions to be taken?
The actions to be taken depend on your role:
- Jewellery manufacturers and assay masters who are already registered will need to check the accuracy of their data.
- New jewellery manufacturers will have to register with the new online tool.
- New assay masters will have to register with the new online tool.
- New: buyers of precious metals will also have to register with the new online tool.[1]
- Please note: traders/retailers who do not manufacture their jewellery are no longer required to register with the assay office register of the Royal Mint of Belgium.
