As digital platform operator, you must communicate each year to the FPS Finance information referred to in the law of 21 December 2022 by sending DPI-DAC7 XML files via MyMinfin. 

To be authorised to send DPI-DAC7 XML files, you must first:

• register your platform with Social Security (if you have not already done so). This will enable you to access secure online services and then designate a main access manager.
• Assign yourself or your staff the "FOD FIN DPI" role via the My eGov roles management application.

Pour être autorisé à envoyer des fichiers XML DPI-DAC7, vous devez au préalable :

• Enregistrer d’abord votre plateforme auprès de la Sécurité sociale (si ce n’est pas déjà fait). Cela vous permettra d’accéder aux services en ligne sécurisés et de désigner ensuite un gestionnaire d’accès principal.
• Vous attribuer ou attribuer à vos collaborateurs le rôle « FPS FIN DPI » via l’application My eGov role management.

Once the role has been granted, log into MyMinfin by selecting “Au nom d’une entreprise/on behalf of an enterprise”.

Select the enterprise number for which you want to load the file XML DPI - DAC7.

Under “Mes outils professionnels/my professional tools”:

• Click on “Fichiers DPI/DPI files” or “Fichier DPI: Simulation/DPI file: Simulation” then
• Load the file XML DPI - DAC7 you created.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt once the file has been transmitted and validated by the FPS Finance.

If your file is not valid, you will receive an error report.
