Exception: Some Customs departments will provide a stand-by duty.
All our departments will be available again by phone or by appointment as from Wednesday 22 July 2026 at 9 am.
You can get access to your personal file at any time and carry out the formalities via our E-services/MyMinfin.

Guidelines on submitting notifications

Go to MyMinfin.

Choose a log in method and follow the instructions.

Select identification "au nom de l'entreprise/on behalf of the enterprise".

Go to “Mes outils professionnels/My professional tools > Pilier/Pillar 2”.

Under “Type de rapport/Report type”, select “Demande de numéro CBE /CBE number application”.

Fill in the following fields:

  • Reference period start date
  • Reference period end date
  • The enterprise wants to carry out advance payments: Yes or No (non-binding)
  • File: upload the XML file here
  • Annex: download here the PDF file containing the signatures of the various entities
  • E-mail address of contact person

Click on “Envoyer/Send” when all these fields have been filled in.

If the application is admissible, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

If the application contains errors, you will receive them by e-mail.
