Missions

The Management Service of Private Data

  • guarantees the integrity of the data put at the disposal of the civil servants and computer systems
  • collects and deals with the faults noticed by the civil servants as regards the private data, concerning their accuracy as well as their period of validity
  • maintains good relationships with external data sources, in order to continually improve the data quality is in charge of the support to be given to civil servants as regards the management and the update of the data.

The application for the management of these private date is called SITRAN (for « signalétique transversale » transverse means of signalling). It allows to access to all the data from the external sources of the FPS Finance, such as the data of the National Register of Individuals, the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises and the Register A of the Crossroads Bank of the Social Security.
