•  remain outside the PN TS,

•  are exempt from exit notification.

What does “with or under cover of an F302” mean?

This means, depending on one of the following cases:

• The F302 accompanies the goods, or
• The relevant military force provides written notification (email or other) that an F302 will be provided as soon as possible (with the reference number of this future F302).

All F302 forms have the same limited set of data:

• without mandatory HS/NC codes,

• without data normally required for civilian customs declarations.
