Accredited printing companies

Certain documents can only be obtained from a printing company accredited by the FPS Finance.

These are the following documents:

  • receipt books the use of which is imposed on members of liberal professions, posts or offices by section 320 of the Income Tax Code 1992
  • bills and receipts to be issued by hoteliers, restaurateurs and car washes in implementation of Article 22 of Royal Decree No. 1 of 29 December 1992 on measures aimed at ensuring the payment of value added tax
  • CMR consignment letters and removal consignment notes to be drawn up by transport companies in accordance with Articles 31 to 34 of the Ministerial Decree of 23 May 2014 implementing the Royal Decree of 22 May 2014 on the transport of goods by road.

As a printing company, you can apply for an accreditation to print those documents. You can request the documentation containing the conditions and procedure to obtain an accreditation from the:
