Cadastral parcel map - Web services
You can access the cadastral parcel map via view services (WMS) or download services (WFS). Those services support a number of standard queries that allow requesting, for example, map images and vector data (see documentation below). In addition, they can also be integrated into GIS applications such as QGIS, ArcGIS Desktop and AutoCAD.
The Web Map Service (WMS) is an OGC web service standard which allows you to dynamically create maps based on georeferences.
