Our contact center and our departments will be closed on Monday 20 July and Tuesday 21 July 2026.
Exception: Some Customs departments will provide a stand-by duty.
All our departments will be available again by phone or by appointment as from Wednesday 22 July 2026 at 9 am.
You can get access to your personal file at any time and carry out the formalities via our E-services/MyMinfin.

Working papers and Briefing notes

From now on, you can find two new types of documents in the "Public library" section of FISCONETplus:

  • Working papers (FR/NL): study and research documents drafted by the Research Department of the General Administration for Strategic Expertise and Support.
  • Briefing notes (FR/NL):  information and analysis documents drafted by the Research Department of the General Administration for Strategic Expertise and Support.
