On 1 January 2025, the law intended to modernise the VAT procedure as well as the collection of fiscal and non-fiscal debts within the FPS Finance (Dutch - French) entered into force.

In the meantime, the circular relating to this law (Dutch - French) has also been published. The summary document dated 23 December 2024 has been aligned with this circular.
