Certificate 151, established especially on basis of Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2022/432 of 15 March 2022, provides for additional information in box 3, which concerns two new exemptions unrelated to diplomatic missions and civilian international organizations.

Apart from the obligation to use this new certificate 151, since 1 July 2022, nothing has changed in terms of current rules and procedures related to the exemption of VAT and/or excise duties.”
