Closed for Christmas and New Year

Our contact center and our departments will be closed from Tuesday 24 December 2024 at 1 p.m. to Thursday 2 January 2025 included. We will be available again by telephone or by appointment on Friday 3 January 2025 at 9 a.m.

Exceptions:

• Our Legal Security offices will remain available by e-mail on 27, 30 and 31 December 2024 and on 2 January 2025.
• Some Customs departments also provide a stand-by duty.
