Deadline

The filing deadline for returns with balance sheet dates from 31 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 is 30 September 2026.

If you file your tax return at the latest on 28 August 2026 and it gives rise to:

• a refund: we will give it priority treatment. As a result, you will receive the refund, barring exceptions, no later than the end of December 2026.
• a payment: we will only process it as from 1 October 2026. If you file your return in August, you will not have to pay any sum due earlier than if you file it in September.
