In the news of 12 June 2026 about the notification of the entity in charge of filing the GloBE Information Return (GIR) on behalf of the group, we mentioned that the notification must be made on 30 September 2026 at the latest.
For the sake of clarity, this deadline of 30 September 2026 applies to notifications relating to information returns (GIR) covering the following fiscal years:
- Starting between 31 December 2023 and 31 December 2024 included and ending on 28 February 2025 at the latest
or
- Starting on 1 January 2025 at the earliest and ending on 31 May 2025 at the latest.
