If your tax return mentions certain types of income, you have till 28 October 2024 to submit it online.
Income concerned
This deadline applies if you are in one of the following situations:
- You have income as self-employed person or foreign professional income:
- profits
- income as company managers
- Inincome come as assisting spouses (legal cohabitants)
- and/or foreign professional income
- You mention in your return for the first time this year:
- a foreign immovable property
- a maintenance received or paid to someone abroad
- a loan concluded abroad
- a legal entity
- and/or the application of a special tax regime for inpatriate taxpayer/researcher

You must submit your return online via MyMinfin to benefit from this deadline.
If you submit your return by mail, we have to receive it at the latest on 30 June 2024.

You notice that the deadline indicated is 30 June or 19 July while you are concerned by one of the aforementioned situations?
You can mention this in your return (at the last stage before sending) :
- by ticking the relevant box and
- adding annexes if necessary (to justify certain income and expenses).
You don't have to do anything else. The deadline will be given to you automatically if you meet the conditions.
You have received a proposal for a simplified declaration but you have specific income?
If you use MyMinfin (Tax-on-web), you must let us know in advance to obtain the deadline of 16 October 2024. Call your competent office preferably before 19 July 2024.
