Granting a deadline is:
- an absolute exception and
- only possible for a good reason or in the event of force majeure.
Send your request for an additional deadline:
- with all supporting documents so that your application can be processed
- as quickly as possible if there are good reasons or an event of force majeure and before the normal deadline expires.

- General rule
As from the balance sheet date, regardless of the date of the general meeting, you have 7 months to file your return.- This 7-month deadline begins on the first day of the month following the balance sheet date.
- If the filing deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline will be the first working day thereafter.

This procedure applies to all legal entities:- regardless of the method of filing (online/paper)
- regardless of the legal status (ordinary status/dissolved companies)
- regardless of the type of return (the corporate income tax - the income tax on legal entities - the non-resident income tax as regards the companies )

- General rule
As from the balance sheet date, regardless of the date of the general meeting, you have 7 months to file your return.- This 7-month deadline begins on the first day of the month following the balance sheet date.
- If the filing deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline will be the first working day thereafter.
- Exception: For balance sheet dates from December 31st 2021 to February 28th 2022, there is an additional filing deadline running till October 17th 2022 included.
