You are not the owner of a property
You can request a certificate of non-ownership on line or by telephone. This certificate is free of charge.
You are the owner of a property (or a part of it)
You have 2 possibilities:
- You can apply for a cadastral extract on line (information in Dutch | information in French | information in German) or on paper (information in Dutch | information in French | information in German).
- A digital cadastral extract is free of charge.
- A paper cadastral extract (complete list of the applicant's property with indication of the cadastral income) costs 20 euros.
- A property title can be obtained for 20 euros (information in Dutch | information in French | information in German).
- You can apply for a cadastral extract on line (information in Dutch | information in French | information in German) or on paper (information in Dutch | information in French | information in German).
